Orders to Canada ship free. Orders to other countries we ship to are a flat C$10 per order. Every order has tracking.
- Processing: your order will be shipped ASAP.
- Delivery: once your order ships, most parcels arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks. Delivery times can vary by country, location and carrier, and some destinations take longer.
- Tracking: you'll get an email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
- Items in one order may arrive in separate packages.
- Customs and import fees: orders outside Canada may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country. These are not included in our prices and are the buyer's responsibility.
Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of shipping, contact us and we'll send a replacement or refund you.
Address problems
Please double-check your shipping address and phone number at checkout. We can't redirect a package once it has shipped.
