Shipping policy

We ship to addresses worldwide. Every order is sent with tracking.

Processing: Your order will be shipped ASAP after payment is confirmed. Once it ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your parcel. Once shipped, most parcels arrive in about 2 to 3 weeks, though delivery times can vary by location and carrier.

Shipping address: Please double-check your address and phone number at checkout. A phone number is required so the carrier can reach you if there is a delivery issue. We are not responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Customs, duties and taxes: Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout.

Lost or delayed parcels: If your tracking has not updated for an extended period or your parcel appears lost, contact us with your order number and we will investigate and make it right with a replacement or refund.
