Overview: This website is operated by GhoulRide. By visiting our site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products and pricing: All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). We try to describe and show our products accurately, but colours may vary slightly by screen. We may change prices or discontinue products at any time. If we make an error in a price or description, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

Orders: By placing an order you confirm that the information you provide is accurate. We may refuse or cancel any order, for example because of suspected fraud or an out-of-stock item, and will refund you if we do.

Shipping and returns: Please see our shipping policy and our return and refund policy, which form part of these terms.

Product use: Our headrest covers are decorative. Do not use them in a way that blocks the driver's view or interferes with the safe operation of a vehicle, and follow local laws when driving.

Payments: Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details.

Intellectual property: All content on this site, including text, images and designs, belongs to GhoulRide and may not be copied or used without permission.

Limitation of liability: To the extent permitted by law, GhoulRide is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our site or products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable Canadian consumer protection law.

Governing law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada.
